5 Layer-COEX: If highly durability is needed, we use 5 layer tube. 5-layer combined with 2 layer of LDPE, 2 layer adhesive and in the center 1 layer of EVOH-barrier.
Sanying has, as well as tube division, also Injection division. We manufacture 100% our caps closures (screw caps and flip top caps).No limitation as far as tube’s and cap’s color.
In addition, Plastopack offer to all of our product first-time-use seal on the head of the tube.
We take printing very seriously. We provide state of the art offset printer and silk printer. With this latest equipment we can produce finer images, mesh gradation, sharpness and clarity never seen before.
On top of offset and silk printing, we offer high quality hot stamping.

Two Basic Layers are included in Laminated Tubes:
Aluminum Foil
The Foil Laminate material is used in aluminium integrity, which is light and moisture barrier quality with reducing odor absorption. Aluminium tubes are available in white, silver and custom color.
Plastic layers
All plastic tubes material use in laminated tubes with high barrier chemical resistant.EVOH monolayer makes the tube more attractive while maintaining barrier qualities especially from oxygen.The laminated tubes are available in opaque and transparent.
